Our Ibiza Retreat home is nestled in a pine forest a short distance from the quant little village of Santa Agnes. The house is a lovingly restored 'finca' (farmhouse) where the bohemian design seamlessly mixes the old with the new.
It has the feeling of a nest, in which you will safe within to embark on The Neurosciene of Spiritual Practice experience.

A variety of room options are available to suit all budgets; from private rooms, to twin sharing, and three person luxury rooms. All with high quality organic cotton linen, air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms

6 night all inclusive stay in a luxury villa set in the remote and forested region of north-western Ibiza. Immaculately presented and hosted by a professional and experienced retreat household
Delicious, healthy, balanced food,
full of colour and vibrant nourishment. A light breakfast will be offered after yoga every morning. A delicious buffet lunch by the pool and a sit down candlelit dinner together each evening. Fruit and nuts are on offer throughout the day as well as water, tea and coffee
A sample day on retreat in Ibiza:
8am: Wake up gong. Cup of hot water with lemon and ginger to start your day
8.30 - 9.45am: Yoga flow & meditation with Abby. A vitalising class designed to invigorate your body, calm your mind and prepare your spirit for the day ahead
10am: Cold pressed juice & light morning snack / smoothie
10.30am - 12pm: Discourse with Beau
12.30pm: Brunch feast
1.30pm - 3pm: Time to think, to lie by the pool, book a massage or read a book
3pm - 4.30pm: Discussion & experience with Beau
4.30pm - 5.30pm: Tea break
5.30pm - 6.30pm: Evening yin yoga / live music - sound experience / sensory journey
7pm: Supper time
9pm: Lab book journaling
9.30pm: Quiet time until after yoga the next morning
